Return & Exchange Policy
01. Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges for SISIMI ready-to-wear within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached.
02. Process
To initiate a return, please email us at hello@sisimi.com with your order number and reason. We will respond within 24 hours to guide you through the next steps.
03. Exchanges
For size or style changes, we offer free exchanges. Please note that we cannot process exchanges for items that have been worn or washed.
04. Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. You will receive a refund to the original payment method used.
